Analysis of Viola's speech act two scene two

Viola knows the ring isn’t hers and realises that Olivia has fallen in love with her Viola. blames her looks as Olivia was eyeing her up and spoke as if she was distracted. Viola understands that Olivia is almost chasing a dream and shows empathy as she is in a similar position. Viola then curses the disguise, calling it wicked and comparing it to the devil. She then explains how Orsino loves Olivia, Olivia loves her and she loves Orsino. She explains how difficult the situation would be to solve and how Olivia would react if she found out that Viola was a woman too.

The extensive use of question marks shows that she is questionable about her own identity and that she is questioning her own choices.

Viola calls women weak "Alas, our frailty is the cause" this justifies her new identity but there is a conflict as she states "pregnant enemy" this translates to the devil and that she is inflicting pain upon others. The extensive use of the word love places enthesis  on the love triangle and shows that Viola is love-struck.
